Antonio is 3rd generation winemaker for his family's winery. The Gregoris label is his mother's maiden name and close to his heart. Antonio's vineyard holdings in the Veneto are extendsive and he continues to modernize the winery and cellar. Their spot in Terrossa is in the middle of Soave and they utilize all aspects of the land, climate and winery to creft crisp white wines.

The Story

Fattori Gergoris is a family-run winery in Veneto, Italy, led by winemaker Antinio Fattori, where volcanic soils and a hillside climate shape the character of its wines. Gregoris is from Antonio’s mother’s maiden name. The vineyards, rooted in basalt-rich terrain, lend natural minerality and vibrancy to the grapes, while the warm days and cool nights allow for slow, even ripening. This balance helps preserve acidity and develop layered flavors, particularly in native varieties like Garganega and Durella. The winery’s deep connection to the land is evident in its commitment to sustainable farming, ensuring that each vintage reflects the purity of its surroundings.

Winemaker Antonio Fattori, the estate blends tradition with innovation in the cellar. Stainless steel and oak are carefully used to highlight varietal expression, with minimal intervention to maintain freshness and complexity.
